The Microsoft Diversity of Windows 10 supports Inclusion Report reveals momentum and leanings for the future

Today, I’m sharing the progress Get Help in Windows 10 we’re making toward our goal to increase diversity at Microsoft globally. How To Get Help in Windows 10 Keyboard  is our most comprehensive to date, and reflects our data, our journey, our learnings, and our employees’ stories. From June 2018 Get Help in Windows 10 to June 2019 we saw encouraging gains in the representation of our employees. Overall, racial and ethnic minorities represent 46.7% of the U.S. workforce, up 2.2 percentage points from 2018.

Overall representation of women increased 1.1 percentage points to 27.6%. We aspire to a workforce and culture that truly reflects the societies where we work, around the world, and there is clearly more we need to do.

Equal pay
In the U.S. women earn $1.001 for every $1.000 earned by their counterparts who are men, and racial and ethnic Get Help in Windows 10 minorities earn $1.006 for every $1.000 earned by their white counterparts.
